ABOUT
NK Strategies LLC (NKS) founder and owner Naomi M. Kelly, brings more than 20 years of executive leadership experience, including nine years as San Francisco’s City Administrator.
Naomi was the first woman and first African American to serve as City Administrator for the City and County of San Francisco.
She led the day-to-day operations of 25 departments, including the restructuring and launch of nearly a dozen new departments, expanding government services equitably and responsibly, and managing multiple complex and extremely different projects successfully.
Naomi completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology at New York University and her law degree from the University of San Francisco. Naomi is a member of the California State Bar and sits on the Board of Trustees at the University of San Francisco.

HIRE LOCAL PROGRAM
Launched in 2012, the Local Hire program added 145,000 jobs to the San Francisco Bay Area, leading to an unemployment rate dropping from 9.6% in 2012 to 3.7% by November 2019.
SAN FRANCISCO PUBLIC HOUSING POLICY RE-ENVISIONED
Collaborative efforts improved living conditions for more than 10,000 low-income residents in the initiation of a $2B project to transfer 3,500 public housing units across 29 sites to private, community-based non-profits and a $700M investment in capital improvements.
MOSCONE CONVENTION FACILITIES EXPANSION
The overseeing of large construction projects to improve City of San Francisco services includes the Moscone Convention Facilities expansion, the new state-of-the-art Medical Examiner’s Office Building; Animal Care Shelter, Central Vehicle Maintenance Shop relocation, and the 49 South Van Ness One-Stop Permit Office Building.
